Lee is Pioneer Lay Minister involved in social action and social justice initiatives in Mile Cross, Norwich, and internationally.

He hosts a weekly cell group and a monthly Dad and Kids Breakfast.

Lee is also local organiser for the Progressive Christianity Network and the Fellowship of Reconciliation.

He heads up the Faith, Peace and Justice Forum at St Catherine's.

Lee is Emeritus Professor of Faith and Global Politics at the UEA.
