Black Tie Dinner
ST CATHERINE'S BLACK TIE DINNER
St Catherine's hosted a Black Tie Dinner for 93 guests including Bishop Graham, Bishop of Norwich, Clifford Offer, Archdeacon of Norwich and Ian Gibson Member of Parliament for Norwich North.
The guests were entertained by Robin Phillips and his trio of friends and were given champagne on arrival.
An excellent meal was provided for us and a charity auction was held, the final item being a diamond from Hatton Garden London.
St Catherine's would like to thank all who donated or supplied items or helped in making the auction such a success.
The amount raised by hosting the dinner was in excess of £5000, we would like to thank all who came and who gave donations to help towards the development of our building here at St Catherine's.
The St Catherine's Development Group are arranging a similar dinner on 20th June 2009.
